Long-awaited Arrival: A JOURNEY OF FAITH, a book of the history of First United Methodist Church, Fort Smith, from 1853 to 2000, is here. The book is full of interesting history of our past, names of note, trials and rejoicing along the way of our journey, and culminations of our success.
The price of the book is $20, and it may be ordered by calling the church office (782- 5068) or buying it at the church display in the Education Building, the Foyer of the Sanctuary, or the Narthex.

We only have a few copies left of Nancy Britton’s book about Methodism in Arkansas. Since there are only a few copies left, you may purchase one in the church office for just $10. You will realize what a bargain this is when you see the book.
You will recognize many of the names of the Advisory Board for this book, such as: Jim Beal, Joel Cooper, Waymon Hollis, Warren Kimbrough, William Wilder, and many others. There is also a section in this book about Dr. Roebuck holding the record for longevity in service.
