We warmly invite all members of FSFUMC to join us for a brunch potluck! The Church kitchen will provide the breakfast casserolls and you are invited to bring brunch “sweets & sides”.This is a wonderful opportunity to come together as a church family, and enjoy each other’s company. So bring your favorite brunch sides, pastries, fruit, cheese, etc. Let’s celebrate our community by filling the room with delicious flavors and warm conversations!  
December 29, in the Great Hall. Brunch is at 9:30 am and a Combined Worship service at 10:30.

​United Women in Faith are having their annual Christmas Coffee, with entertainment by children from the Weekday School. Hostesses are the officers of FSFUMC United Women in Faith. We hope that the women of our church who are not currently active in UWF will come and discover us.

​You are NOT going to want to miss Wonderland Wednesdays this year. We are journeying through the “Christmas Village” while exploring what that journey might have looked like for Mary and Joseph. We will do an exciting craft each night. Dinner will be provided. We encourage our children to invite their friends to join in on the Wednesday night fun this Christmas Season!

Join the Fort Smith Chorale for “Magnificat ”, John Rutter’s major work.
Thursday, December 5th, 7:30pm in the FUMC Sanctuary. Tickets $15 at the door.

​December 1st we will be MAKING Chrismon ornaments to hang the following Sunday in the Modern service. Even if you aren’t able to come to Sunday school to help make ornaments, I encourage kids of ALL ages to join us in the Modern service on December 8th as we decorate one of our trees with Chrismon ornaments. It is going to be a blast! 

​The Holiday Express at Creekmore Park is one of our favorite Christmas events. This year our church will host the train on Thursday, December 12th from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. We’ll be serving hot chocolate and cookies. Glow sticks will be passed out to the children on the train. You can sign up to help by calling the office. We hope you’ll join us for this fun evening!

Cookies for Santa promises to be a delightful day filled with cookie decorating, games, crafts, and fellowship. This year, we will also enjoy an exciting Christmas movie, with the kids having the chance to vote on which one to watch. For every activity they participate in during this Advent season, they will earn a vote in the movie poll. Make sure your child attends this season so they can help choose the winning film! We’ve also extended our meeting time to give parents plenty of opportunity to finish any last-minute wrapping or shopping. Register here.
