On Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm, the Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated in Roebuck Chapel. The service liturgy is simple. The dress code is “come as you are”.  And, anyone is welcome to attend. The worship order includes: a time for prayer, Scripture readings, a homily, and a prayer of blessing of the bread and cup called “The Great Thanksgiving”. As in all United Methodist Churches, the Sacrament of the Lord’s Table is open to everyone. Oftentimes, we say, “If you love God, or if you want to love God more, then you are welcome to come to this table.”
